Had my curtains dry cleaned and they shrunk. The lining was longer than the curtains. The owner agreed to meet me at the shop and turned up half a hour late. He said the only thing he could do was to sew a piece of fabric to the bottom of the curtain to lengthen them and would not compensate me in any other way. While I was in the shop waiting for him to arrive there was another person complaining about something that had gone wrong with their dry cleaning. Obviously will not go back again. carole
